Minutes will normally be posted here the following day after their approval from Council. The Municipal Act, 2001 allows for anyone to have a copy of unapproved minutes under section 2531 (b) however, in order to receive those unapproved minutes you are requested to present yourself to the Clerk's Office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to receive a copy. Only approved minutes will appear on this site. All files are in Adobe Acrobat Format. The Committee of the Whole Minutes will be found under the Admin. and Finance committee page.
